Our Policies
At Tsunami Allstars, the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all athletes, participants, staff, and volunteers is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, positive, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone is treated with dignity and supported to participate free from bullying, discrimination, abuse, harassment, or neglect. All coaches, volunteers, and members are expected to uphold the highest standards of behaviour both in training and at events, promoting teamwork, respect, and equality at all times.
We operate a zero-tolerance approach towards any behaviour that may place a child or vulnerable person at risk. Concerns relating to safeguarding, welfare, or inappropriate conduct will always be taken seriously, handled confidentially, and reported where necessary in line with safeguarding procedures and legal requirements. Parents, guardians, athletes, and staff are encouraged to speak openly about any concerns, and all individuals involved with the organisation share a responsibility in helping maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
